We are also doing our best to enforce social distancing recommendations, as well as encourage frequent hand washing and sanitizing, while asking our guests to please take responsibility for themselves and respect social distancing for the benefit and safety of our Team Members, other guests, and our community. We have never made masks for guests mandatory, though do recommend that all guests bring their own masks and wear them as much as possible while on property. You may also have noticed that all of our Team Members are wearing masks and through signage and other guest messaging we are strongly encouraging our guests to wear them as well.

With more machines open, while maintaining a 50% capacity, guests are more spread out and our team is more effective at sanitizing between players. We implemented this change, as we found it was much more difficult for our team to sanitize between guests when our occupancy level and machine availability were both limited to 50%. One change, as you mentioned, was opening all games on the casino floor. We are certainly still learning and have had to make some adjustments since reopening to ensure the safest environment possible for our guests and team members. We are grateful for the overwhelming support from our guests that have visited since our reopening on May 5th and for the understanding from many as we navigate these unprecedented times. Such a horrific example of a professional business stance on respecting the health and welfare of their visitors/customers. I have talked to several other people who have visited the casino in the past couple days and they all felt the same. It was so bad that I am going to be contacting the governor's office to file a complaint.

There were absolutely no measures taken for social distancing and/or cleaning machines and very few people had on masks. I am here to tell you that it was anything but clean doors and areas around machines were actually filthy. They stated they would be enforing social distancing by turning every other machine off, that they would be having the machines cleaned as soon as someone left a machine, that there would be hand sanitizers everywhere, and that masks were required, etcetera. They posted in the news that they were going to take extra measures to insure their customers safety during these dangerous and highly contagious times. I went out to northern quest casino this week to check it out since it's been closed for 6 weeks.
